Hi we have recently taken on a contract with PLUS NET and all installed and working great ! HOWEVER we placed the order throughTOP CASH BACK and it showed as £70 on the account with them as it should have BUT this has now been declined by PLUSNET - ...WHY ?
we have completed install and paid first payment etc And on time and order had NO query or trouble - I could have gone with BT or other providers and got money back on those BUT chose plus net due to good customer feedback .
PLESE restore my confidence in you by dealing with this query and a positive outcome! THANKS
PS - posted a query to customer support 2 days ago STILL NO REPLY -- ARRRGH

I've just checked with our marketing team and it's not showing on our side of things - has it been tracked on your TCB account? If so it might be worth raising a query with them as they don't seem to have forwarded it to us yet.
