Network Latency Graphs

A couple of questions relating to http://www.plus.net/support/service/network_performance/network-latency.shtml
Where does the Stepney Hostlink feature in these graphs?
Would it be possible to make a change to these graphs so that the user can interrogate the information for a specific gateway?
Or are they only to be looked at after "an event"?
As they stand at present, it makes it difficult to read these graphs

It's a shame we haven't got access to it.
