HTML error on VoIP control panel

The is an HTML error on https://voip.plus.net/login/directory.php
The column headings on the table at the bottom are all shifted one column to the left. An extra blank column heading has been added on the right. The result is that the number column is far wider than intended and it's generally not tidy!
It appears there is also a suprious blank column on the end of the detail rows.
To see the issue just add one contact.

I actually had a look at the page source and the first <th> in the first row is 'Number' - it needs a blank <th> inserted.
