Where do I send my bill to?

Supposed to have an engineer today 1 - 6 told in my text that there will be a £50 charge if I am not in, well I have used up 6hours holiday and guess what nobody turned up. Absolutely livid I assume I can charge for my lost time aswell?
Can somebody from PN please let me know what is going on? ticket number 65739186.
Just for good measure the telephone support number cut me off at 16 minutes, maybe my decision to use PN might need a rethink?
Hope somebody can help

Panic over BT Openreach turned up at ten past seven. All ok rant taken back

Glad OR turned up for you and hope the problem is solved. You shouldn't have been cut off by the phone system, post up the time you were on the phone and hopefully someone can look into it.
