It varies every day & hour - I see little point in the poll when you only have to look here : http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=212 (unless the times are much higher of course?)

We have had a very busy couple of weeks, we're hoping that we'll be now be able to keep waiting times to a minimum.

cool -- i hope so as in the past for my clients who i joined to plusnet it has been fine... last week i decided to join you and it has been long waits each time - ill assume it is just a glitch and it gets back to normal asap

I've voted 0-5min, on the basis that I've never waited any longer. Anything more than 3 minutes I consider totally unacceptable, and I'll ring back at a quieter time.
That's all very well for me, but I appreciate that not everyone has as much flexibility as to when they're able to call.

In this age of 'instant' communication, how did we end up with this farcical situation, where it's so hard to contact a real human being - someone on the 'shop floor' who really knows what's going on?
Ah yes, of course, they're too busy filling out forms and ticking boxes to ensure compliance and quality of service and SLAs .....................................

lol i know it sounds selfish demanding calls to be answered so quickly, but my experience last week was up to 40 minutes.. which is long in anybody's book.

K doug is obviously an optimstic. Wish I was. The creative accouting on the customer link provided before suggests average waiting time 10 mins. I have just waited 18 mins and got cut off. Have to go and have some life now, but my mission to moan will continue tomorrow.
