Hi all
BT Engineer came at 3pm today done his business waited for router and modem to connect then had a chat then he left
Bit of a hit and miss to sync up but once online instant 36 - 38MB not the 80mb (77mb) profile just yet but hopefully it goes up over next few days
anyways big thanks to plusnet and im absolutely loving fibre atm cant wait till it gets to the 77 / 20
once again thank you and keep up the good work

Sounds like you have been provisioned on the 40/10 instead of 80/20, i'm sure one of the PN staff will pick this up tomorrow for you and get it changed over, if you prefer you could always call the support team if you dont want to wait any longer than neccessary.

upload speeds hittin 17mb mite be coz its new and bt guy said i was 80/20 sync :s mite go up over few days time ?

just to add phoned support which were really helpful and stated takes 6 days to stabalise and on the 7th day i will see the full 78/20 but as it is im still really happy
