      <title>Hats off to the Plusnet staff and BT Openreach</title>

      <description>Well had my fibre broadband installed today, and it went a smooth as a butter milkshake. &amp;nbsp; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@60D8B9A7EF595F957F721D893E7B8359/images/emoticons/crazy2.gif" alt="Crazy" title="Crazy" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Plusnet where always helpful through the process (anwsering any question I had), and the BT Openreach chap was very helpful and friendly.&lt;BR /&gt;So far no problems with the router (touchwood).</description>

      <description>Also should mention install took about 1 hour (cabinet and router).</description>
