I've been a customer since April and I can't recommend you highly enough. The service is tip top, everyone I've spoken to is so polite, helpful, always get the job done and keep you in the loop about what's going on. <BR />When I moved house you were a total dream ... you waived disconnection and reconnection fees because I'd been a good customer! (I was pleasantly surprised to say the least) and you helped me pick a suitable time for a bt engineer to come round to the new house. The icing on the cake came when my house mates and I all got on line straight away with no problems what so ever. <BR />Finished my little love in now.
