The PlusNet Customer Services Centre(CSC) do not monitor these forums.&lt;BR /&gt;There are some PlusNet staff ( the Digital Care Team ) part of whose job is to monitor these forums but they only work weekdays 9-5 unlike the CSC who are 24/7.&lt;BR /&gt;So as Jim says, the DC team will likely pick this up on Monday but if you want an answer before then call the CSC &lt;A href="http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/contact/" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/contact/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for the reply's guys.&lt;BR /&gt;I think it might be due to open reach dates, looking at the internal tickets. &lt;BR /&gt;I've sent a ticket&amp;nbsp; ( #65330694) &amp;nbsp;with install date options if it makes CS's life easier for re-booking openreach. &amp;nbsp;(Might be idea to give CSC a call &amp;nbsp;later on as you guys highlight )&lt;BR /&gt;Coming from BE &lt;I&gt;( seen a few familiar BE user names on here) &lt;/I&gt; seems a friendly place on these boards &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
