Plusnet just beat TalkTalk in the Best Budget Broadband 2013

Of course they did happen to get Best Broadband Supplier 2013 as well

Why do you say that? I'm sure it was represented in the data sample (across some of the other ISPs too....)

Yes, well done indeed. I've no idea how many people use PN but I'm sure that the majority, like me, get an excellent, seamless service from placing the order, through connection to continuing excellent customer support, Obviously the cock ups by BTOR are a problem & show up vividly on this forum because customers are always, rightly, ready to complain whilst the majority of satisfied we customers say nowt!!
