topic Broadband not activated in Plusnet Feedback

I have moved from TalkTalk to plusnet this week and I am confused.
I lost my Internet with TalkTalk when my phone got activated around 2 days ago.
I message I got said "Your broadband service is due to become active by midnight on 31/01/2013. Please don't set up your router until we confirm your service is active."
I have my router and my phone but no confirmation that I can plug in my router.
Very disappointed at the moment as alarm bell should be ringing at plusnet if you breach a date you have sent to a customer. Also I thought I wouldn't have had an complete Internet blackout during this transition.
Can someone nudge the text monkey for me? This transfer is not as dreamy as made out.

Welcome to the Plusnet forums d6ueh.
Hopefully a member of staff will be along soon to check for you. Have you tried plugging the Plusnet router in yet? It won't cause any harm if your TT service has stopped.
