      <description>So BT have an app (both Android and IOS) where you can use your fixed line calling plan from your mobile phone. It is called BT Smart Talk. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumerProducts/displayTopic.do?topicId=35287" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/consumerProducts/displayTopic.do?topicId=35287&lt;/A&gt;. &lt;BR /&gt;When is PlusNet going to do something similar and what will it be?&lt;BR /&gt;PlusNet dropped its wifi tie-up some time ago.
