Fibre: Poor Speeds and Performance...again

I'm currently only getting 24Mbps download and 13Mbps upload. Up until the last week I was getting around 56Mbps and 19Mbps upload. So my speeds have effectively been cut in half. I've swapped out routers and I'm still getting [Censored] so I dare-say the problem is on your end. I'm aware 24Mbps isn't necessarily anything to be sniffed at but I run a development server and these speeds are starting to effect performance of the tasks I undertake.
If you could let me know what is going on that would be great.

Hi there, it looks like your profiles are still set correctly (58000 on BTs side and 61000 on ours) so please let us know if you're still seeing the slower speeds? If so please run a beta speed test at http://www.speedtester.bt.com and run through the wizard at http://faults.plus.net and we'll look into it for you.
