Hi Brentony,
Very nice to hear and thank you for taking your time to post on here.
It's good to see that your package and service is working well for you, after all that is our aim
Just in case you are ever creeping towards your usage allowance, there is a free period between 12am and 8am, this will not count towards your usage allowance.
If you have any questions or queries please ask away.
Chris

Plusnet Service

i am a retired IT Consultant & have used several broadband suppliers over the years. I think Plusnet is the most reliable & cost-effective system I have used, long may it continue.
I am connected by a phone line and regularly carry out speedtests on a random basis. I generally get over 7Mb. I have only had a couple of losses of service, both of which were corrected in a reasonable time.
I am only a light user, but was very pleased, on the one occasion I got close to my allowance, to receive an email warning me that i was close to my limit. I'll bet most suppliers would be happy to just let you go over & charge acordingly. Well done PLusnet!!
