I can't log in to the portal with either of my two accounts..... so I can't raise a ticket to tell you (I could call of course)
Am alone?

Nope you're not alone. Our Internal systems are down at the moment.
Should have it sorted shortly. Sorry about this.
Edit: You should be able to log in now.
