What a joke!

So, i made a website recently which is going to have my wedding photos on it.
The Mrs asked me to put a slideshow on for a while so her family in California can see the show made for her by her friends. I get an email this morning from plusnet. (Apparently going over you webspace limit is on par with drowning kittens or abusing children!!!!)

I would like to request that my site is reactivated as soon as possible. I propose to prevent this action

How am i supposed to control how many people view the site?
Oh and your email says i can 'upgrade my account' to add more bandwdith, which i tried already and you said NO

I went to Tescos yesterday and paid for one bottle of wine but then got very shirty when I tried to take out a whole case. I think they were being very unreasonable!

This might be of use to you. You might also want to consider reducing the filesize/quality of the images that you have hosted. It's not the amount of people viewing the site, it's the amount of bandwidth being transferred from it.
If that's not possible then how about using a service dedicated to things like this?

You can embedd the images hosted on another site in your own site. So you just stick whatever text and styling you want (CSS, etc) on your site and host the actual images on a photo-hosting site, of which there are many.
