I had used PlusNet before when I put broadband in at my parent's house and was very satisfied with the customer service and the (very) basic and cheap broadband service. When it came to switching from my previous ISP (Virgin Media) after 15 years it was a bit of a no-brainer to go with PlusNet at home. I am so glad I did - I've had the service for almost 2 weeks now and it is settling in nicely much better speeds and lower pings than Virgin were able to provide on the same line with all the same equipment exactly as it was. It is also much, much cheaper.
I see that some people have had problems but I am totally happy with the improvement and I can't stress enough that, broadband speeds aside, the main delight has been the fast, knowledgable, helpful customer service.
Thank you PlusNet
