    <description>My last ticket question was raised and fully dealt with in under 3 hours, a week ago.&lt;BR /&gt;And that is pretty much par for the course I find.&lt;BR /&gt;I wonder how much of the average closure response time was down to the customer taking time to reply to CS queries raised ?</description>

      <description>Not to sure why they hadn't updated, they are up-to-date now.&lt;BR /&gt;Our ticket times haven't been any different to normal, looks like it was just an oversight.</description>
