Great Phone Help Service - Well Impressed

Just wanted to say a big "Thank you" to Joe (JC) on the phones tonight... about 11pm.
I rang in to get help on re-setting up my wife`s laptop email. there were problems getting the password to be recognized by the server, and other minor glitches, however JC was very patient with me, and we worked it through about 4 or 5 times before managing to get it up and running. took a good 30 minutes I suppose.
Now all is working fine, and I am Well Impressed with the service I received.

Thanks for your feedback Shutter.
I've just spoken to Joe and linked him to this post so he can that he has been publicly recognised. I'll also pop this post on our internal forums so his manager can what a great job he has done

Thanks Chris... I do like to give credit to people when I feel they deserve it.... Many people are quick to complain, and forget to acknowledge good service when they get it.
