    <description>I'm surprised the phone has been off that long - I would have expected a few minutes. That's all it took when a friend of mine changed over. It's possible that TT might have administratively terminated the service before the BT engineer got to the exchange.&lt;BR /&gt;The phone service doesn't depend on broadband being activated.</description>

      <description>I would like quick reponse if possible. Im on library PC. I am changing from talk talk to plusnet today. My phone has been off for about 3 hours. Do I lose my phone service until broadband is activated?</description>
