A Big Thankyou to Plusnet Technical Support !

I'd just like to say a big Thankyou to the Technical Support engineer (and the Team) for getting me back on-line.
I'm normally OK when it's a case of rebooting the router or PC (or shouting at them :)) but this time I was flummoxed !!!
After phoning your free support number the engineer talked me through all the steps I needed to do to reconfigure some settings and here I am, able to leave this VERY Positive feedback !
Much Appreciated Guys !
