topic Rate limiting on legacy products in Plusnet Feedback

As Plusnet have raised rate limits on the current products to line speed for a large proportion of connections and times of the day I don't think that having rate limit rises for legacy products would be a bad idea. I know the onus is to move to new products which can have contract lengths increased, but don't see a good reason for not increasing the data rates on legacy products apart from the main objective of making people move to 'current' products to avail of the better speeds.

Changing products (with the exception of Fibre) has no bearing on your contract length.

It was Fibre that I was referring too regarding contract length being extended - 18 month contract too.
