    <description>Got to say brilliant support from Plusnet every step of the way .&lt;BR /&gt;New upgrade problem to Adsl2+ my problem needed a new router so they reset the line , asked to get interleaving turned off bang will be done Monday .&lt;BR /&gt;was a few more problems that mostly stemed from me resetting router and&amp;nbsp; needing a new one &lt;BR /&gt;All no problem for Plusnet Support . &lt;BR /&gt;Cheers guys brilliant&amp;nbsp; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Couldn't agree more col. I have dealt with a lot of ISP's and these guys are different. They know their stuff and really try and resolve any problems.</description>
