    <description>Hi, having been with Virgin for many years with no problems I signed up with Plusnet purely for cost reasons.&lt;BR /&gt;I have been with Plusnet for about a month Broadband is Brill but I have had NO PHONE LINE since Saturday &lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;  Hope this is'nt a bad OMEN of things to come. &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@6BD5E1FD9194A889D807C8E641344CF1/images/emoticons/sad.gif" alt="Sad" title="Sad" /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi bert1409,&lt;BR /&gt;First welcome to the community forum. &lt;BR /&gt;Not a good start getting a fault so soon, it's certainly not the normal to have a fault but unfortunately from time to time faults do occur. I can see that you have a engineer booked to resolve this. I will keep an eye on your account to make sure everything is back up and working for you. &lt;BR /&gt;I hope that we will match your expectations once it's resolved and please let me know if you need further assistance.&lt;BR /&gt;Chris</description>
