No phone line!!

Hi, having been with Virgin for many years with no problems I signed up with Plusnet purely for cost reasons.
I have been with Plusnet for about a month Broadband is Brill but I have had NO PHONE LINE since Saturday
Hope this is'nt a bad OMEN of things to come.

First welcome to the community forum.
Not a good start getting a fault so soon, it's certainly not the normal to have a fault but unfortunately from time to time faults do occur. I can see that you have a engineer booked to resolve this. I will keep an eye on your account to make sure everything is back up and working for you.
I hope that we will match your expectations once it's resolved and please let me know if you need further assistance.

Many thanks Chris for the reply. We had a bit of a storm Friday night so I can't blame anybody, just a funny coincidence.
