Problems with BT and Sky solved by Plusnet

My broadband service had been running at 0.5M with both BT and Sky for 4 years. I gave up with BT in the end as they clearly did not understand there was a problem and Sky told me they could do nothing about it. So, I then moved to Plusnet and in less than a week, my line configurations were investigated and reset and since then, I'm getting up to 7M download speeds. You really do live up to your promise and what can I say but a massive thank you.
