I really can't see us doing this, for a start it'd be massively confusing for the vast majority of customers. Plus there's adding a layer of complication to the already not ideal system. Then you'd need to either log in to your email system or open the client the view the email.
I just wondering if Plusnet can make a new idea of any change in plusnet current line speed eg: change of ip profile rate via email to alert the customers. Instead of kept signing in to kept checking if it had changing or not. Via email alert would be great idea. Can Plusnet do this way ?
I am sure many other members will agree why not !
