Home move advice open only between 9 - 5

I am moving house in 3 weeks and have tried twice to get help via the PN phone line. One night when I phoned at 21.15 I was told that the lines shut at 21.00. Fair enough I thought so I phoned tonight at 20.00 only to be told the lines close at 17.00. After a short chat with the adviser I said I would have to cancel my contract until I move in and try again. I was told that the cancelling office ( yep you guessed it ) closes at 17.00. Snookered. All I ask is that maybe for one night a week there is help available on the phone past 17.00 for us workers who do not work a 9 - 5 job

The house moves team are open until 9pm, so I'm really sorry that you got told something different. Let me go and listen to the call and make sure that the agent knows this for future reference.
I'll ask one of my team to pick this up and get in touch with you to arrange your house move.
OK, I've spoken to the house moves team and they are going to give you a call this evening to arrange this.

Been waiting since 24/8/12 for a promised phone call from PN about house move. What is going on. Will give you until 4/9/12 then will stop DD. Terrible service.

Well what a turnaround, I have to say a big thank you to Marc whom phoned me this morning regarding the issues I have encountered recently.He was patient and professional and also had a sense of humour. I not only have my home move sorted as far as is possible, I have also gained a discount because I am moving to a low cost area. Thank you Marc
