Can't log into member centre

For some reason when I log in it says 'Invalid username or password. Please try again.'
Not changed either in months, so what is going on?

I get the same message, as does someone else I know. Probably it's the same for everyone.
Presumably a glitch at Plusnet. They'll probably have it sorted fairly soon.

Tried to logon onto member center.
and i am getting Invalid password or user name, please try again!
Anyone else having this problem?
It seems to take a long time to come up with the invalid username/password message.
I haven't changed my password.
My broadband is working fine, i just wanted to check my account. but stuck on the invalid u/p message.

Autologin failed and putting it in manually was no better

Obviously logged-in here ok, but trying to see my usage in the main site I'm getting an error - wrong login details.
Is there a problem somewhere?
