I've just switched my line rental from BT to Plusnet. Smooth transfer whilst I was asleep.
Since then, I've added 2 call features (Caller ID and Voicemail). Both were actioned in under 10 minutes against a target of next working day.

I thought you had a penchant for black and red vans rather than red and black steam trains?
