Having read this post http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,94837.msg901987.html#msg901987 and having seen other good reports of the Home Hub 3 how about trying to persuade BT Retail (your parent company) to let you offer it as an option.

To be fair it's just some firmware bug I'd expect and it will be sorted shortly.
