Why isn't there a link to http://www.plus.net/support/email/webmail-roundcube.shtml anywhere inside Roundcube?
Would putting it on the login page be the easiest to implement?

That's something we're looking at putting in Jelv, though there wasn't one from squirrelmail either?
How about if we removed the link to the forums and replaced it with a link to the help pages? We don't really want to crowd it with links.

Changing the login page community help link to one to the userguide seems good to me. Adding a more help? section in that userguide would be useful, this providing a link to the community email forum.

Don't see why both links shouldn't be on the login page. One has to remember that a lot of users will not have good technical understanding and no matter how good a user guide is, sometimes one has to go several layers deep so to speak to find the information. This will put a lot of non-techie individuals right off, whereas it's much easier to go to the forum and ask you question.
