Having migrated from awful talk talk talk a few months back after many years of bad service I find PN a breath of fresh air . We had a problem with our broadband speed We contacted PN support and for years talk talk said the speed we were recieving was the max we could get because of our distance from the exchange were as PN got a bt engineer to our house and we have double the speed we ever had .Its also nice to speak to someone in the uk and not India, millan,or south africa.
Well done
