      <description>&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@60D8B9A7EF595F957F721D893E7B8359/images/emoticons/crazy2.gif" alt="Crazy" title="Crazy" /&gt;Have waited a week for a new router because my speed is running at 248 &lt;BR /&gt;but alas today found out they had forgot to order one for me &lt;BR /&gt;so have to wait another week .&lt;BR /&gt;Have borrowed a router from a neighbour&amp;nbsp; but alas been told now to wait another 72 hours &lt;BR /&gt;to see if this was the problem but no one has offered a reduction &amp;amp; no supervisor available !!&lt;BR /&gt;never had this problem&amp;nbsp; with Vodafone at Home.&lt;BR /&gt;Had an telephone&amp;nbsp; engineer out 10 days ago he found no line problem ,&lt;BR /&gt;but no broadband engineer .&lt;BR /&gt;I am very annoyed&amp;nbsp; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@5CA762C7B9B1D4AB36AAB959133ED0B4/images/emoticons/angry.gif" alt="Angry" title="Angry" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
