    <description>I would just like to say thank you to the staff for efficiency, politeness and quick resolution of a problem.&lt;BR /&gt;To cut a long story short, in the village where I live, the telephone cable to the exchange was stolen, 5 days to put right. two days later they stole the cable again, which coincided wiht a series of power cuts because of the snow in North Yorkshire. &lt;BR /&gt;Consequently the speed dropped to 250 kbps, almost unusable. Gave it four days to resolve, no increase.&lt;BR /&gt;Phoned Plusnet on day 5 about 9.40 a.m., I hope the member of staff can recognize himself, friendly young man, courteous and helpful,&amp;nbsp; he ran some tests, checked things, gave some advice and said the speed would boost by 1mgb in ten&amp;nbsp; minutes, and it did, and has gone up again. Phone call was answered in 2 minutes.&lt;BR /&gt;So, a minor problem but resolved with a highly satisfied customer</description>
