House move - great service

I had to move house only 6 months after moving house. I knew I'd have to pay a fee but I was happy to do so. PN explained why it was needed.
The house I was moving (back) into had been empty and had no active service.
PN requested activation and assigned a temp number to it.
Line was activated - leaving my old number at the house I was moving out to with the ADSL still running
One week later my ADSL was moved over
Then two days later my old number got ported over to the other line
The whole thing went flawlessly and you really could not have asked for better service.
So thank you PN, and now I'm just waiting for my line to finish profiling itself - it just jumped from 1.8Mbit download to 4.2Mbit 😉
All I've got to do now is wait until the BT cabinet gets converted to fibre.
