    <description>I agree with the above, my day job has me dealing with ISP's and connection problems and Plusnet has provided the most rational and intelligent support I've ever experienced, probably on a level with Namesco in days of old.&lt;BR /&gt;Much appreciated</description>

      <title>Excellent Customer Service</title>

      <description>I joined Plusnet at the beginning of the month. Last week I unfortunately lost my broadband for a few days due to a BT fault, but after a visit from an engineer was quickly up and running again.&lt;BR /&gt;The call center staff and technical staff, especially Luke and Daniel, were extremely helpful, friendly and kept me fully updated. The appointment with the BT engineer was organised very speedily.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks very much to all concerned.&lt;BR /&gt;Plusnet was my ISP in the dim and distant "dial-up" days and I'm very glad to be back with you!</description>

      <description>i was with BT for ages....&amp;nbsp; friday i went live&amp;nbsp; with PN,,&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; WOW..&amp;nbsp; THE&amp;nbsp; DIFFRENCE IS AMAZING.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; and i wasnt&amp;nbsp; speaking to someone&amp;nbsp; in bangalore!!!.</description>
