Excellent Customer Service

I joined Plusnet at the beginning of the month. Last week I unfortunately lost my broadband for a few days due to a BT fault, but after a visit from an engineer was quickly up and running again.
The call center staff and technical staff, especially Luke and Daniel, were extremely helpful, friendly and kept me fully updated. The appointment with the BT engineer was organised very speedily.
Thanks very much to all concerned.
Plusnet was my ISP in the dim and distant "dial-up" days and I'm very glad to be back with you!

i was with BT for ages.... friday i went live with PN,,
WOW.. THE DIFFRENCE IS AMAZING.
and i wasnt speaking to someone in bangalore!!!.

I agree with the above, my day job has me dealing with ISP's and connection problems and Plusnet has provided the most rational and intelligent support I've ever experienced, probably on a level with Namesco in days of old.
