I'm fortunate where I don't live too far from the cabinet so my speeds are good and stable. Any time I have called PN I've had quick answering, a person who I feel is progressing my concern rather than repeating to me what we've already gone over, and I left feeling satisfied. Same goes for email responses.<BR />Plusnet doesn't exactly have the highest download limits, but I've got to the point where I'm not paying for Tesco's value range but paying a little more, getting a little less, but getting the stability, reliability and good customer service.
