    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I've been trying to sign up for plus's line rental saver for 3-4 weeks (can't remember exactly).&lt;BR /&gt;It always end up at &lt;A href="https://portal.plus.net/apps/linerental/saver/register" target="_blank"&gt;https://portal.plus.net/apps/linerental/saver/register&lt;/A&gt;, which says:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Quote&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Error&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry, An error occurred whilst processing your request.&lt;BR /&gt;The error has been recorded and our website team will investigate. Please try again later.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I ask support via a ticket 2 weeks ago and just got "Unfortunately we are aware of this problem and are currently working on finding a solution.".&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not really sure plus.net should still be featuring a product on their website if they've not been able to take orders for it for a month or more?&lt;BR /&gt;Joseph&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi JosephH,&lt;BR /&gt;When was the last time you tried? That should be resolved now. If you go into your phone panel you'll see an add for Line Rental Saver on the right.       <description>Hi Jojo,&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the answer!&lt;BR /&gt;I last tried a few minutes ago and it still failed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://portal.plus.net/addons/line-rental-saver/" target="_blank"&gt;https://portal.plus.net/addons/line-rental-saver/&lt;/A&gt; contains the link labelled 'member centre' which takes me to &lt;A href="https://portal.plus.net/rentalsaver" target="_blank"&gt;https://portal.plus.net/rentalsaver&lt;/A&gt; which then shows the page with the error. I tried reloading all the pages along the way in case somewhere was cached and still got the same result.&lt;BR /&gt;If I go the route you suggest from the phone panel, that does work and I believe I've successfully signed up.
