    <description>Hi Fifer,&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for the positive with regards to our Ticket Response times. We have been working very hard to ensure that we reach our target response time of 8 hours.       <title>Support Ticket Times</title>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;Not a complaint but a thanks for a speedy response to a ticket sent earlier today to CSC.&lt;BR /&gt;The ticket was received at 16.35pm today regarding a billing query.&amp;nbsp; At 16.45pm i had an answer back with a satisfactory result to my question.&lt;BR /&gt;Is this a record or did i just hit it at the right time?,&amp;nbsp; Bank Holiday today as well.</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;I must admit it was not a very complicated request, a change of Market Status on a BT exchange.&amp;nbsp; Still impressed by the time it took to reply to it with a clear and satisfactory response.&lt;BR /&gt;By the way the HE was a SHE.</description>
