I must have missed the service status update.<BR />However this morning there was still no connection and phoned up again. The phone was answered within 10 seconds and the problem was resolved without problem. The gent I spoke to was efficient and helped me using terms that I could understand as I'm not very computer literate. So well done and thanks.
