plusnet support has gone down the.... yeah... online support is [Censored].. Pressing the "ask a questions " sends you to a page full of multiple choice question.... that is not help thats going around in circles. thank you.

Your last post in this forum was correctly locked by a moderator because you had also posted the same query in another (correct) forum.
You clearly are not sure what the Pro addon is meant to do. Have you read this:

If the online suggestions didn't answer your question did the Help Assistant not allow you to raise a ticket to ask the Support Team?
