Charged for broadband i dont have.

I am currently being charged for broadband from plusnet that i dont have.
I moved to UK online in Feb from plusnet , but plusnet are still charging me for broadband that i dont have.
They have charged me for March, April and said they will charge me for may to, I left plusnet cos of there real poor service , this proves that they dont know what they are doing, if would be funny except its costing me money.
I have written many emails to them but they wont listen.

Hi Egz001, I've just had a look at the ticket and it seems that we're waiting for you to return the router so we can test it and discount that from the final fees if it's faulty.
If you could reply to the ticket advising if you're sending this back or not then we'll be able to make the appropriate arrangements and close the account.
