Thank you customers for being tolerant for when we break stuff.
Thanks for helping us out by sending us good information about what you are seeing, packet captures when our systems mis-prioritise stuff and generally being supportive of the way we do things.
Also, thanks for all the support which you offer to other customers on here. (Especially the mods who do a great job for free!)
This is the what really makes me happy to work at Plusnet

When I was about to get broadband back in early 2008, I spent quite a bit of time lurking on various ISP's forums to get an idea of things, what happens, what goes wrong, how they are handled etc,etc
The rants, and total disasters which every site/ISP gets I ignored.
In making the comparison of all aspects the postive aspect of the plusnet forums was a significant factor in taking up broadband from plusnet

But I shouldn't question the sanity of such a kind gesture. I expect PN staff have simply reached that state of inner tranquility and tolerance towards humankind which is otherwise found only in certain hidden valleys of Tibet.
