I have lost all faith in Plusnet to get anything right
Fed up to the back teeth is the polite way of putting it, and its too long to put on here

Please share. I am mostly happy with PN although they seem to have failed to send out a router for me, as promised.

Whilst I'm afraid that there is nothing that I can do about things that have happened in the past, I have now un-cancelled your account, and changed it to a PAYG one.
