    <description>In case it is only the people who have problems with Plusnet support that put comments on the forum, I would like to express my thanks for the way that my problem was dealt with&amp;nbsp; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I started to experience speed issues and followed the prescribed online procedures which resulted in me raising the relevant ticket. This was dealt with well within the stated time scale and I have now done the requested 3 BT tests and I am receiving a slightly better speed than before.&lt;BR /&gt;All my contacts with Plusnet have been good and I will continue to recommend them to others.&lt;BR /&gt;Peter H.</description>
