Having a lot of problems with Plusnet!

I signed up to plusnet over a month ago and i am still waiting for a engineer to install the phone line. They have cancelled twice for (problems) in the area ive recieved two appointment dates now and i'm still waiting

@craigfoxy1 I'm sorry to hear about the problems you've had so far.
I can see we updated ticket 48130896 at 15:19 yesterday to say that an engineer has been booked for the 9th. Have you been given any more feedback as to why the first two engineers weren't able to attend?

No when i rang up they never told me what the problem was fingers crossed they turn up on the 9th november

I'd advise checking the details on support ticket 47402029 as that shows the reason why the initial appointments didn't go ahead.

@craifoxy1, On a point of information - BT own the telephone infrastructure. Until your phone line has been installed, Plusnet's hands are tied. However, once the installation has been completed, I am certain you will find that everything will be done to action your broadband order.

@Lucerne and Mr. Chips. I have to agree with you. He/she has only made three posts and not one constructive point. Maybe a Mod should look at the posts and decide if we want him on our forums.

Problem solved finally it takes one and a half months for the telephone service to be put on. But one day for the first bill to arrive i got a email couple of hours it got installed give me a chance plusnet

The router is set for dispatch tomorrow so should arrive prior to the install.

all sorted Im not moaning again lol ive got my xbox and PS3 on thru my wireless router but i cant get my pc on thru wired connection any ideas?

Without any information to go on it is difficult to provide constructive suggestions. For example can you browse to the router?
You might find giving the CSC a ring provides the quickest solution to this problem.
