My phone line was active by the time I moved into my new house, and broadband was activated within the week without any problems. I had expected to be without a phone line and Internet access for much longer, but everything was activated very quick and smoothly.<BR />Thanks to the PlusNet staff that helped sort all this out so quickly and gave me one less thing to worry about.
