9 am this morning no internet. Tried f/fox and nasty message from +net across screen ''NOT PAID GET IN TOUCH''. Car journey to Heanor, n/wide b/society, and it was paid 8/9/11.
Back home and all ok with internet.
Not good when one is elderly to get nasty shocks.

Hi Heanorman,
I'm not sure why that would have happened. I'm sure if you'd have called us at the time we could have allayed any fears, rather then have to go to the bank. If you do have anything you're ever not sure of then our support number is free of charge.

Thought some one had taken all my b/society money, and payment had been refused.

I was going to suggest internet banking but then it struck me that it would be a silly suggestion, have you looked into telephone banking with your bank though? Would have saved you a car journey.
