I just thought i'd make a post to say Thank You to Plusnet for a great service from a great isp.
Been on Unlimited for about 2 1/2 years and the service has been outstanding.
Unfortunately money is very tight at the minute and i've decided to jump ship to a rival
I won't promote the new isp but i will say why i'm moving.
Up to 24mb( of which i will probably get around 16mb) and 1mb up LLU. Total price is £20 a month INC line rental for 6 months and then £27 after.
I currently pay £40 a month with PN and BT line rental. So you do the math. £120 saving over six month and double the speeds.
For price and speed you can't compete with that. And yes i'm now willing to take a quality risk to save money.
Again Thank You Very Much for your great service and second to none support.
