Just want to say thank you to the Plus.net people in the Forum, Jo mainly. Joined on the 1st of this month and there was obviously a fault with the line. As soon as Plus net were able to act on it (after 10 day settling period) it was sorted within a few days. I was told when i joined i estimated speed would be 3.5m and im getting 5.3 sync now, just waiting for the Ip profiles to catch up.
Got to say in the end the service was great and Jo was fantastic. I have seen numerous positive feedback re Jo, and got to say well deserved.
